J.O.L.T Land Services is a commercial earthworks contractor operating out of Summersville, West Virginia. We clear land, prepare sites, build and maintain access roads, stabilize ground and slopes, reclaim pasture, and run forestry mulching — the full span of land services, land management and earthmoving a project needs to get from standing timber to finished grade.

Behind that is more than a decade of equipment operation on Appalachian ground. Cut and fill balanced on site rather than trucked in and hauled off. Drainage solved before it becomes erosion. Fill placed in lifts and compacted rather than pushed and hoped for. The fleet — excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, forestry mulchers and haul trucks — is sized for jobs from a single acre to well past a hundred.

We are licensed and insured for commercial contracts in West Virginia and run OSHA-trained crews. We document what we do, because the general contractors, developers and site owners who hire us need a record they can hand to an engineer or an inspector — not a verbal assurance.
